Wil je werken in een organisatie waar kwaliteit, vakmanschap en samenwerking centraal staan? Dan maken we graag kennis met jou. Bij Borg4 werken we dagelijks aan aantoonbare bouwkwaliteit. Als onafhankelijk kwaliteitsborgingsbureau ondersteunen we bouwers, ontwikkelaars, adviseurs en opdrachtgevers bij projecten die voldoen aan de eisen van de Wet kwaliteitsborging voor het bouwen (Wkb). Daarbij speelt constructieve veiligheid een cruciale rol. Over Borg4 Borg4 is een onafhankelijke organisatie gespecialiseerd in kwaliteitsborging voor de bouw. Vanuit Rijssen werken we met een enthousiast team van kwaliteitsborgers, bouwplantoetsers, toezichthouders en technische specialisten aan projecten door heel Nederland. Wij combineren praktijkervaring met kennis van wet- en regelgeving. Daarbij kijken we verder dan regels alleen. We denken mee, signaleren risico's en helpen opdrachtgevers om kwaliteit aantoonbaar te maken. Van bouwplan tot gereedmelding. Wat ga je doen? Als Constructeur bij Borg4 beoordeel je constructieve ontwerpen en berekeningen en draag je bij aan veilige en hoogwaardige bouwprojecten. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het toetsen van constructieve ontwerpen, berekeningen en tekeningen aan het Besluit bouwwerken leefomgeving (Bbl), Eurocodes en geldende normeringen. - Het beoordelen van constructieve veiligheid en het signaleren van risico's binnen bouwprojecten. - Het analyseren van afwijkingen en beoordelen van voorgestelde oplossingen. -Het adviseren van collega's, opdrachtgevers en andere betrokken partijen over constructieve vraagstukken. - Het opstellen van risicobeoordelingen en technische onderbouwi...
