The posting

Als consulent ben jij het gezicht van onze organisatie in jouw regio en combineer je planning, relatiebeheer en commerciële ontwikkeling.

Planning en coördinatie

  • Je beheert de planning van een regionale arbeidsploeg van ongeveer 30 arbeiders.
  • Je verwerkt inkomende hulpvragen van land- en tuinbouwbedrijven.
  • Je zorgt voor een optimale inzet van arbeiders, rekening houdend met hun vaardigheden en beschikbaarheid.

Relatiebeheer

  • Je onderhoudt duurzame relaties met klanten en arbeiders.
  • Je voert regelmatige bedrijfsbezoeken uit om de samenwerking en dienstverlening op te volgen.
  • Je fungeert als eerste aanspreekpunt voor bedrijven en medewerkers in jouw regio.

Commerciële ontwikkeling

  • Je gaat actief op zoek naar nieuwe klanten en medewerkers.
  • Je prospecteert bij bedrijven binnen onze doelgroep, zoals melkvee-, varkens- en sierteeltbedrijven.
  • Je overtuigt bedrijven van ons aanbod en begeleidt hun eerste ervaringen met onze dienstverlening.

Praktische organisatie

  • Je werkt één dag per week vanuit de hoofdzetel in Leuven.
  • Je werkt één dag per week van thuis uit.
  • De overige dagen ben je op de baan in Antwerpen, Vlaams-Brabant en Limburg.

In deze rol krijg je de kans om een belangrijke bijdrage te leveren aan de verdere uitbouw van onze dienstverlening in jouw regio.

  • Je bent een geboren netwerker met commercieel talent en sterke social skills.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met planning of coördinatie.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma, bij voorkeur in een agrarische of economische richting of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Kennis van en/of affiniteit met de landbouwsector is een must.
  • Je werkt graag samen in team, maar kan ook zelfstandig en resultaatgericht werken.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en organisatorisch sterk.
  • Je gaat vertrouwelijk om met informatie en mensen.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
