Heb jij ervaring met bijzondere bijstand en ben je sterk in het beoordelen van financiële ondersteuningsvragen? Voor het Bureau voor Financiële Ondersteuning (BvFO) binnen het domein Maatschappij zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren Consulent Bijzondere Bijstand. In deze rol help je inwoners die tijdelijk extra financiële ondersteuning nodig hebben en draag je bij aan een zorgvuldige, rechtmatige en klantgerichte dienstverlening.

Je komt terecht in een betrokken team waar samenwerking, kwaliteit en dienstverlening centraal staan. Het betreft in eerste instantie een opdracht voor vier maanden, met mogelijk een verlenging.

Als Consulent Bijzondere Bijstand ben je verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van de bijzondere bijstand. Je behandelt aanvragen, verwerkt mutaties en voert heronderzoeken uit. Daarbij heb je regelmatig contact met inwoners die een beroep doen op financiële ondersteuning. Je onderzoekt de persoonlijke en financiële situatie van de inwoner, brengt de ondersteuningsvraag zorgvuldig in kaart en beoordeelt welke voorziening passend en noodzakelijk is. Dit doe je zowel tijdens persoonlijke gesprekken als telefonisch. Je verstrekt heldere informatie en advies en verwijst waar nodig door naar passende voorzieningen of instanties. Samen met je collega's ben je verantwoordelijk voor een tijdige en kwalitatieve afhandeling van alle aanvragen. Daarnaast stel je duidelijke rapportages en beschikkingen op en lever je een actieve bijdrage aan de verdere ontwikkeling van de dienstverlening.
