Dit ga jij doen Bij de gemeente Huizen werk je als Consulent Inburgering binnen Zicht op Werk, het uitvoeringsteam voor integratie, re-integratie en participatie van de gemeenten Eemnes, Blaricum, Laren en Huizen. Je geeft uitvoering aan de Nieuwe Wet Inburgering (2021) en draait een gemixte caseload van zowel gezinsmigranten als asielmigranten. Je begeleidt inburgeraars stap voor stap richting maximale participatie. Je werkt vanuit het gemeentehuis in Huizen; na de inwerkperiode is in overleg één dag per week thuiswerken mogelijk. - Voer regie op het inburgeringstraject; - Stem af met alle betrokken organisaties en betrokkenen, intern en extern; - Neem de Brede Intake af, stel het PIP op en voer voortgangsgesprekken; - Neem leerbaarheidstoetsen af; - Leid inburgeraars toe naar passende leerroutes; - Begeleid inburgeraars richting maximale participatie. Dit ben jij Als Consulent Inburgering ben jij z.s.m. beschikbaar voor 32 uur per week. Verder beschik je over: - Minimaal 2 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring met het coachen en begeleiden van personen in hun inburgeringstraject op grond van de Nieuwe Wet Inburgering (2021); - Aantoonbaar afgeronde opleiding op minimaal hbo bachelor niveau; - Aantoonbaar afgeronde opleiding of training Wet Inburgering 2021; - Minimaal 3 jaar...
