Als consulent jeugd bij gemeente Midden-Drenthe maak je met jouw ervaring het verschil bij moeilijke hulpvragen en werk je aan een veilige situatie thuis. Wat ga je doen? Als een gezin vastloopt, help jij om weer stappen vooruit te zetten. Je luistert naar hun verhaal, onderzoekt wat er speelt en kijkt wat gezinsleden zelf kunnen. Jij brengt overzicht en zorgt dat passende hulp wordt ingezet. Daarbij gebruik je jouw kennis om keuzes te maken, de hulp af te stemmen en de veiligheid te bewaken. Jouw werkzaamheden: - Je beoordeelt aanvragen voor jeugdhulp volgens de Jeugdwet en de regels van de gemeente. - Je regelt passende zorg, volgt de voortgang en bekijkt of de hulp werkt. Als het kan, bouw je de hulp op tijd af. - Je herkent onveilige situaties en beoordeelt de risico's. Je maakt veiligheidsplannen, bewaakt de afspraken en grijpt direct in bij acuut gevaar. - Je controleert of plannen voor het inzetten van hulp voldoen aan de regels en richtlijnen. - Je stelt aanvragen voor een persoonsgebonden budget (PGB), ondersteuningsplannen en besluiten op en beoordeelt deze. Je houdt de dossiers zorgvuldig bij. - Je werkt samen met gezinnen, scholen en zorgorganisaties. Je adviseert collega's over jeugdhulp en veiligheid. - Je denkt mee over beleid bij complexe veiligheidsvragen. Ook bespreek je met collega's hoe jullie het werk aanpakken en wat jullie daarvan kunnen leren. Je werkt 32 uur per week. Je werkdagen stemmen we in overleg af. Je start op 2 november 2026.
