Consulent SHV Kindregeling Flevoland Introductie Je komt te werken bij Verder, een organisatie binnen het sociaal domein waar je aan de slag gaat binnen Verder Schuldhulpverlening óf via Verder Project & Advies. In beide gevallen draag je bij aan mensgerichte ondersteuning en sterke publieke dienstverlening. Vanuit Verder Schuldhulpverlening ondersteunen we inwoners die te maken hebben met financiële zorgen en schulden en werken we aan financiële rust en stabiliteit. Binnen Verder Project & Advies werken we samen met gemeenten aan maatschappelijke opgaven rondom bestaanszekerheid en schuldenproblematiek, waarbij we strategisch advies, uitvoeringskracht en samenwerking combineren. We nemen verantwoordelijkheid voor kwaliteit, continuïteit en resultaat en zorgen dat kennis en werkwijzen duurzaam worden geborgd. Zo maken we zichtbaar impact voor inwoners en opdrachtgevers. Organisatie Verder is al meer dan veertig jaar een vertrouwde partner in de financiële zorgverlening. Wij ondersteunen inwoners, gemeenten en andere organisaties in het sociaal domein bij het versterken van financiële stabiliteit, bestaanszekerheid en perspectief. Onze professionals werken aan schuldhulpverlening, budgetbeheer, beschermingsbewind, mentorschap, budgetcoaching, vroegsignalering en administratieve ondersteuning bij de Wmo en Jeugdwet. Daarnaast helpen we publieke organisaties bij beleidsmatige en projectmatige vraagstukken en bij het verder professionaliseren van dienstverlening binnen het publieke domein. Functie Je begeleidt inwoners in één fase of het volledige schuldhulpverleningstraject. Vanaf Vroegsignalering, intake, stabilisatie tot schuldregeling en nazorg sta jij naast de inwoners. Je biedt ondersteuning bij (dreigende) geldproblemen, waarbij je samen met de inwoners een passend plan richting financiële stabiliteit en een structurele oplossing werkt.
