Over de functie Als consulent binnen het Loket Toeslagenaffaire begeleid je ouders en kinderen die zijn getroffen door de Toeslagenaffaire. Je bouwt een vertrouwensband op, inventariseert ondersteuningsbehoeften op diverse leefgebieden en coördineert maatwerk in hulpverlening. Je werkt samen met partners, signaleert problematiek en ondersteunt bij financiële vraagstukken. Je zorgt voor volledige rapportages en een punctuele administratie. Wat je gaat doen - Opbouwen van een vertrouwensband met gedupeerden via motiverende gespreksvoering. - Inventariseren van ondersteuningsbehoeften op leefgebieden zoals zorg, jeugd, gezin, inkomen en huisvesting. - Bieden en coördineren van maatwerk in hulp- en dienstverlening. - Voeren van casusregie gedurende het ondersteuningstraject. - Signaleren en passend acteren op onderliggende problematiek, waaronder psychosociale problematiek. - Ondersteunen bij financiële problematiek en schuldhulpverlening. - Bemiddelen en afstemmen met Belastingdienst, gemeentelijke afdelingen en andere instanties. - Samenwerken met collega-hulp- en dienstverleners. - Organiseren van passende maatwerkvoorzieningen, ook buiten reguliere kaders. - Zorgdragen voor volledige rapportages en punctuele administratie.
