We zoeken een ervaren consulent vroegsignalering die direct inzetbaar is en zelfstandig meldingen kan oppakken. Als consulent vroegsignalering werk je op basis van signalen met betrekking tot betalingsachterstanden vanuit vaste-lastenpartners. Je analyseert en bespreekt de financiële situatie, brengt behoeften en problemen in kaart en zet passende trajecten uit binnen de geldende wet- en regelgeving. Je schakelt met schuldeisers, ketenpartners en interne collega's en benadert inwoners op een open en laagdrempelige manier, vaak telefonisch of via een huisbezoek. Taken en werkzaamheden - Oppakken van signalen van vaste-lastenpartners - Inwoners actief opzoeken via telefoon, brief of huisbezoek - In kaart brengen van de financiële en psychosociale situatie - Voorkomen van escalatie, zoals afsluitingen of ontruimingen - Begeleiden van inwoners met complexe problematiek naar reguliere schuldhulpverlening - Nauwkeurig registreren van acties en voortgang conform de privacywetgeving (AVG) - Ervaring als consulent vroegsignalering of vergelijkbare ervaring binnen schuldhulpverlening - Direct inzetbaar en in staat zelfstandig meldingen op te pakken - Vaardigheid in analyseren van financiële en psychosociale situaties - Ervaring met schakelen naar schuldeisers en ketenpartners - Open, laagdrempelige benadering van inwoners; ervaring met telefonisch contact en huisbezoeken - Zorgvuldige en AVG-conforme registratie Hybride werken: in overleg op kantoor en thuis.
