Afhankelijk van je niveau vragen we het volgende: - Hbo- of wo- werk- en denkniveau. - Medior: 1-2 jaar ervaring binnen zorgadministratie of DBC-advies. - Senior: Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als DBC-adviseur in de ziekenhuiszorg. - Kennis van DBC-systematiek en ervaring binnen een ziekenhuis of ZBC. - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden - je luistert goed, denkt mee en verbindt. Jouw rol als MSZ Consultant binnen FITZ Zorg Als MSZ Consultant werk je aan uiteenlopende opdrachten binnen de ziekenhuiszorg. Je wordt ingezet op projecten rond DBC-advies, zorgcontrol, rechtmatigheid en Horizontaal Toezicht. Afhankelijk van je ervaring verschillen de verantwoordelijkheden: Voor medior consultants: - Je adviseert vakgroepen over correcte DBC-registratie. - Je werkt mee aan projecten onder begeleiding van een senior of projectleider. - Je ontwikkelt je snel dankzij kennisdeling binnen het team en variatie in opdrachten. Voor senior consultants: - Je leidt projecten zoals volledigheidsonderzoeken of HT-trajecten. - Je adviseert strategisch over doelmatige, rechtmatige en volledige registratie. - Je geeft trainingen aan zorgcontrolteams, poli's en medisch specialisten. - Je coacht junioren en medioren en helpt de MSZ-tak binnen FITZ Zorg verder te professionaliseren.
