Heb jij ervaring als transportplanner en krijg je energie van een omgeving waar geen enkele dag hetzelfde is? Ben je sterk in organiseren, snel schakelen en hou je het hoofd koel onder druk? Dan is deze uitdaging binnen het containertransport misschien precies wat je zoekt.

Voor een stabiele en groeiende transportspeler in Temse zoeken we een Container Transport Planner die samen met het planningsteam instaat voor de dagelijkse aansturing van containertransporten van en naar de haven van Antwerpen.

Wat ga je doen? Als Transport Planner ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse planning en dispatch van containertransporten. Je zorgt ervoor dat chauffeurs, klanten, terminals en rederijen optimaal op elkaar afgestemd zijn.

Jouw taken:

Opstellen en bijsturen van de dagelijkse transportplanning

Aansturen van ongeveer 45 chauffeurs samen met een collega-planner

Contact onderhouden met klanten, terminals, rederijen en leveranciers

Opvolgen van laad- en lostijden

Snel reageren op last-minute wijzigingen en onverwachte situaties

Oplossen van operationele problemen

Correct verwerken en opvolgen van transportgegevens

Dit is een zeer operationele functie waarbij je continu anticipeert op wijzigingen binnen de planning. Je voelt je thuis in een dynamische logistieke omgeving en weet overzicht te bewaren, ook wanneer de druk toeneemt.
