Bij Koppel-Swoe werken we elke dag aan het welzijn en de ontwikkeling van inwoners, kinderen en gezinnen in de gemeente Epe en omgeving. Achter iedere euro zit een verhaal. Daarom zoeken wij een controller die niet alleen zorgt dat de cijfers kloppen, maar die ook helpt richting te geven aan onze organisatie. Jij als Controller! Je wordt dé financiële sparringpartner van de bestuurder en het managementteam. Je speelt een belangrijke rol in de verdere professionalisering van onze financiële functie. De komende jaren willen we onze organisatie verder versterken met betere stuurinformatie, sterke financiële processen en meer datagedreven besluitvorming. Wij zoeken daarom een controller die overzicht creëert, kansen en risico's zichtbaar maakt en helpt om onze maatschappelijke ambities financieel te onderbouwen. Wat deze functie extra interessant maakt? Je werkt binnen zowel kinderopvang als welzijn. Dat betekent dat je te maken krijgt met verschillende financieringsstromen, van commerciële inkomsten en tarieven tot subsidies en gemeentelijke financiering. - Verantwoordelijkheid voor de planning- en controlcyclus, begrotingen, prognoses, jaarrekening en meerjarenramingen. - Ontwikkeling van managementrapportages, dashboards en stuurinformatie voor bestuurder en management. - Het analyseren van resultaten en adviseren over risico's, kansen en strategische keuzes. - Ontwikkeling en beoordeling van businesscases voor nieuwe initiatieven en organisatieontwikkeling. - Verbetering van financiële processen, AO/IC en de kwaliteit van managementinformatie. - Aansturing van de financiële administratie en begeleiding van de accountantscontrole. - De sparringpartner zijn voor managers, bestuurder en belangrijke subsidieverstrekkers zoals de gemeente.
