Als Controlling Specialist stellst du sicher, dass der Geschäftsführung aussagekräftige, korrekte und aktuelle Informationen als Entscheidungsgrundlagen vorliegen. In dieser Rolle gewährleistest du für die definierten Einheiten Planungs- und Forecast-Sicherheit und verbessert die Sichtbarkeit von zukünftigen Risiken und Bedrohungen (Projektrisiken, Ressourcenengpässe, etc.). Dabei bereitest du korrekt und verständlich die betriebswirtschaftlich relevanten Informationen auf. Was man bei uns bewegt: Kaufmännische Begleitung und Betreuung definierter Tochtergesellschaften Operative Betreuung von globalen Funktionen inkl. Unterstützung in der Budgetierung / Forecasting Analyse von Abweichungen sowie Ableitung und Nachverfolgung von Gegenmaßnahmen Bewertung von Projektrisiken und -chancen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Projektmanagement sowie Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Projektbudgets, -forecasts Mitwirkung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen auf Gruppenebene Mitarbeit in der Jahresplanung und den Quartalsforecasts konzernal & auf Entity Ebene Weiterentwicklung von Controlling-Instrumenten, KPIs und Standardreports Sicherstellung einheitlicher Controlling Standards und Methoden innerhalb der Gruppe sowie Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung von Prozessen und Systemen im internationalen Projektcontrolling Was uns überzeugt: Betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung mit Fokus Controlling & Bilanzierung (insbes. IFRS) bzw.
