Vollzeit 40 Wochenstunden

Als Convention und Event Coordinator (all genders), haben Sie die Möglichkeit, unsere Veranstaltungen und Tagungen mit Kreativität, Professionalität und einem Auge fürs Detail zu gestalten. Wir suchen eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit, die bereit ist, unsere Events zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis für unsere Gäste zu machen.

Wenn Sie über fundierte Kenntnisse im Eventbereich verfügen und gerne in einem teamorientierten Umfeld arbeiten, laden wir Sie ein, Teil unseres engagierten Teams zu werden und gemeinsam erfolgreiche Veranstaltungen zu planen und durchzuführen.

Ihre Rolle

- Persönliche Unterstützung und Betreuung der Kunden

- Erstellung sämtlicher Angebote, Verträge, Anzahlungsrechnung und Rechnungen

- Wartung der Stammdaten und Vorlagen im Bankettreservierungstool

- Regelmäßige Aktualisierung aller Mice Portale

- Erstellung der Functions und Briefings der Mitarbeiter_innen bzgl. Veranstaltungen

- Auf- und Ausbau von Stammgästen und Neukundengewinnung

- Mitarbeit bei der Budget- und Businessplanerstellung, genauso wie bei Forecast-Planung

- Erstellung Kalkulationen für Pauschalen und Leistungen in Zusammenarbeit mit F&B Manager und Chef de Cuisine

Ihr Profil

- abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Veranstaltungsbereich

- mehrjährige Erfahrung im Veranstaltungsbereich von Vorteil

- fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

- Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS Office Programme)

- Exzellente Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten

- Hohe Serviceorientierung und Leidenschaft für die Hotellerie
