The posting

Jij houdt de logistiek in beweging

· Je plant en volgt transporten op tussen het hoofdmagazijn, externe magazijnen en klanten. Hiervoor werk je in tandem met onze externe logistieke partners en transporteurs die het transport organiseren.

· Je zorgt dat alle transportdocumentatie efficiënt en tijdig in orde is (documenten, douane, portals).

Jij bent het aanspreekpunt voor onze externe magazijnen

· Je analyseert en optimaliseert de voorraadcapaciteit tussen hoofdmagazijn en externe magazijnen en initieert stocktellingen.

· Je stemt de aanvoer van extern gestockeerde verpakkingen af op de productieplanning en waarborgt een tijdige beschikbaarheid.

· Je onderhoudt de dagelijkse contacten met onze externe logistieke partners.

Jij kijkt vooruit en denkt mee

· Je hebt oog voor procesoptimalisatie.

· Je bent kostenbewust en bewaakt afspraken met logistieke partners.

Samen sterk

· Je werkt nauw samen met jouw directe collega die de lead neemt in de interne logistiek en warehousing.

· Je hebt dagelijks contact met collega’s van aankoop, logistiek, productieplanning en customer service.

· Je stemt dagelijks af met interne en externe partners en bouwt mee aan een sterke, toekomstgerichte supply chain.

· Je rapporteert aan de Supply Chain Manager.

Ben jij de regisseur van onze goederenstromen?

· Je hebt een sterke achtergrond in logistiek of supply chain, opgebouwd via opleiding en/of relevante ervaring. Daarnaast staan we ook open voor professionals uit aanverwante domeinen (zoals customer service of productieplanning) die een duidelijke affiniteit hebben met logistiek en hier bewust in willen doorgroeien.

· Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd, ook onder tijdsdruk.

· Je bent proactief: je signaleert knelpunten tijdig en onderneemt uit jezelf actie. Wanneer de planning toch wijzigt of er zich een probleem voordoet, schakel je snel en doortastend.

· Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en kan je uitdrukken in het Frans. Basiskennis Engels is een plus voor contacten met transporteurs.

· Ervaring met SAP is een extra troef, geen vereiste
