De organisatie is een toonaangevende technische dienstverlener die actief is binnen elektrotechniek, industriële automatisering en de energietransitie. Voor bedrijven en publieke organisaties worden technische oplossingen ontwikkeld en gerealiseerd op het gebied van onder andere elektrificatie, energie-infrastructuur, grootschalige laadinfra, batterijopslag, decentrale energieopwekking en slimme energiemanagementsystemen. De snelle groei van deze activiteiten zorgt voor een voortdurende behoefte aan technisch talent. Van monteurs en servicetechnici tot engineers, werkvoorbereiders, projectleiders en andere technische specialisten. Recruitment speelt daardoor een belangrijke rol binnen de verdere groei van de organisatie. Het recruitmentteam werkt rechtstreeks samen met de technische afdelingen en leidinggevenden en krijgt ruimte om mee te denken over hoe de organisatie zich als werkgever in een uitdagende technische arbeidsmarkt positioneert. Je maakt onderdeel uit van het HR-team en werkt nauw samen met onder andere een HR Business Partner, HR-medewerker en een collega-Corporate Recruiter. Hierdoor sta je er niet alleen voor, terwijl je tegelijkertijd veel verantwoordelijkheid krijgt over jouw eigen recruitmentportefeuille. De cultuur is technisch, ondernemend en informeel. Er zijn korte lijnen, medewerkers krijgen veel eigen verantwoordelijkheid en er wordt actief geïnvesteerd in persoonlijke ontwikkeling en verdere professionalisering van de organisatie. Voor een toonaangevende technische organisatie zoeken wij een Corporate Recruiter die wil meebouwen aan de teams achter de Nederlandse energietransitie.
