We zoeken een ervaren Customer Journey Lead die gaat meebouwen aan dit prachtige bedrijf uit Laren (Gelderland) met een productielocatie in Letland. Je wordt de regisseur van de klantbeleving en e-commerce. Je levert hiermee een hele belangrijke bijdrage aan het succes van het bedrijf. de rol van Customer Journey lead Jij droomt in klantreizen en weet aan welke knoppen je moet draaien om conversies te verhogen van orientatie tot en met sales. De 'journey' van het aanschaffen van een (maatwerk) tuinhuis is een complexe. Klanten oriënteren zich online, schetsen hun droom in de innovatieve 3D configurator en bezoeken het dealernetwerk. Allemaal zeer belangrijke touchpoints in jouw proces. Jij begrijpt ieder aspect van deze reis, identificeert kansen en weet deze om te zetten naar plannen en acties. Het is jouw opdracht om, samen met de dealers, de klanttevredenheid en verkoopresultaten te verbeteren. Je houdt van data en weet ook deze actionable te maken. Je ontwikkelt graag strategische plannen, maar kan niet wachten om ze ook tot uitvoering te brengen. De kansen liggen voor het oprapen! Je hebt een commerciele visie, bent zeer resultaatgericht en gaat ervoor de gestelde targets en KPI's te halen. De website is een belangrijk onderdeel in het verkoopproces en dit wordt jouw domein. In samenwerking met verschillende bureau's optimaliseer je de website, de configurator en online marketing. Het spreekt voor zich dat je bij alles wat je doet de klant centraal stelt.
