Wat ga je doen? Als customer service medewerker ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de klanten en speel je een belangrijke rol in het bieden van een uitstekende klantervaring. Je ondersteunt klanten gedurende de hele klantreis: van het eerste contactmoment tot na de aankoop. Door jouw servicegerichte en commerciële instelling help je klanten niet alleen met hun vragen, maar ook met het vinden van de beste oplossingen. Samen met een hecht team werk je aan het versterken van klantrelaties en het behalen van commerciële resultaten. Wat ga je doen: - Proactief contact opnemen met klanten en inspelen op hun behoeften, ook als ze zelf geen vraag stellen; - Klanten deskundig en persoonlijk adviseren, met als doel hen te helpen bij het maken van de juiste keuzes; - Commerciële kansen herkennen en benutten door middel van upsell en cross-sell, waar dit waarde toevoegt voor de klant; - Offertes opstellen, opvolgen en omzetten in succesvolle aankopen; - Zorgen voor een positieve after-sales ervaring en bijdragen aan het verbeteren van de totale klantbeleving. W at heb je nodig? We zoeken een servicegerichte en commercieel ingestelde professional die energie haalt uit klantcontact en het behalen van resultaten. - Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in klantenservice of commerciële functies; - Beschikbaar voor 24 uur per week, bij voorkeur maandag, donderdag, vrijdag; - Servicegericht, commercieel ingesteld en proactief in klantbenadering; - Communicatief sterk en vaardig in het opbouwen van klantrelaties; - Uitstekende beheersing van Nederlands en voldoende Engels om gesprekken te kunnen voeren.
