De magazijnen zijn strategisch gelegen om efficiënte opslag en distributie van goederen te faciliteren. Met een focus op hoogwaardige dienstverlening, bieden de magazijnen geavanceerde opslagoplossingen zoals temperatuurgecontroleerde ruimtes en geautomatiseerde systemen voor orderpicking. Het team van deskundige medewerkers zorgt voor nauwkeurige voorraadbeheer en tijdige levering, waarbij veiligheid en klanttevredenheid centraal staan. het bedrijf streeft ernaar om met hun magazijnen in Gent naadloze logistieke processen te garanderen en aan de specifieke behoeften van hun klanten te voldoen.

Jobomschrijving

Ben jij een administratieve duizendpoot met een passie voor logistiek? Hou je van variatie, klantencontact en verantwoordelijkheid? En wil je deel uitmaken van een dynamisch team in een internationale werkomgeving?

Als customer service medewekrer speel je een sleutelrol in het vlot verlopen van de dagelijkse warehouse- en transportactiviteiten. Jouw takenpakket omvat:

  • Verwerken en opvolgen van klantenorders in de systemen.
  • Onderhouden van contacten met klanten, warehouse, transportplanning en externe partners.
  • Administratieve ondersteuning van de transportplanning.
  • Oplossen van order gerelateerde problemen en het bewaken van deadlines.
  • Registreren van magazijnactiviteiten, verzendingen, inkomsten en extra kosten.
  • Monitoren van KPI’s en bewaken van de kwaliteitsnormen volgens ISO en SQAS.
  • Communiceren met klanten over afwijkingen, late leveringen en statusupdates.
  • Ervaring in de logistieke sector en klantgerichte dienstverlening.
  • Vlot communiceren in Nederlands en Engels.
  • Nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en zelfstandig kunnen werken.
  • Sterk probleemoplossend vermogen en een echte teamplayer.
  • Flexibiliteit om op feestdagen en in wisselende shiften te werken (6u00-14u06, 8u00-16u06, 10u00-18u06 of 11u54-20u).
  • Goede kennis van MS Office en vlot met computersystemen.
  • Eigen vervoer om je te verplaatsen naar de site.
