Als Customer Service Medewerker Groupage ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, transporteurs en interne afdelingen. Je zorgt ervoor dat zendingen correct worden verwerkt en dat klanten altijd op de hoogte zijn van de status van hun transporten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de administratieve afhandeling van zendingen en denkt actief mee over het verbeteren van logistieke processen. Daarnaast houd je overzicht, speel je snel in op veranderingen en weet je van elke uitdaging een oplossing te maken. Een greep uit jouw werkzaamheden: - Aanmelden van zendingen bij ontvangers voor levering; - Verwerken van klantorders en bijbehorende transportdocumenten; - Informeren van klanten over de voortgang van zendingen; - Signaleren en opvolgen van vertragingen en afwijkingen; - Zorgdragen voor een correcte administratieve afhandeling van transporten; - Afstemmen met interne afdelingen en externe vervoerders; - Actief meedenken over procesverbeteringen; - Bijdragen aan een optimale klantbeleving en dienstverlening.
