Een bedrijf dat gespecialiseerd is in interieur en sanitair is op zoek naar een customer service medewerker NL-FR om het team te versterken. Het bedrijf is een belangrijke speler in de sanitair verkoop branche met showrooms in België en Nederland.

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor vragen, bestellingen en retours. Daarbovenop verleen je ook de service-na-verkoop en doe je naverkoop.
  • Je kan moeiteloos met de computer werken voor opzoekingen en het plaatsen van orders.
  • Je staat in voor de dagdagelijkse planning en coördinatie van de verschillende toonzalen in Vlaanderen. Je doet hiervoor de communicatie met Nederlandstalige collega's
  • Je kan zelf oplossingen vinden of de klant doorverbinden met de geschikte expert.

  • Je hebt 2 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie, bonuspunten voor dezelfde sector.
  • Met je klantgerichtheid laat je de klant geholpen en gehoord voelen.
  • Je neemt de kans om je commerciële zelve naar boven te brengen en de behoeften van de klant af te tasten. Hiervoor neem je initiatief en heb je oog voor kwaliteit.
  • Je ziet het als een uitdaging om nieuwe programma’s en tools te leren kennen.
  • Je past goed in een energiek team en wil samen voor een teambonus gaan.
  • Je bent in het Nederlands & Frans sterk in schrijven en spreken!
  • Daarnaast vind je het geen probleem om na een inwerkperiode om de week op zaterdag te werken.
