Customer Service Representative Arbeidsvoorwaarden Als Customer Service Representative ga je werken bij een groeiende, internationale organisatie in de sierteeltsector. Kwaliteit, duurzaamheid en klantgerichtheid spelen hier een belangrijke rol. Je werkt in een professionele, maar informele omgeving waarin collega's direct communiceren, de lijnen kort zijn en iedereen samen de schouders eronder zet. Je werkplek is momenteel in Aalsmeer en verhuist binnenkort naar Amstelveen. Incidenteel thuiswerken behoort tot de mogelijkheden. Daarnaast krijg je de ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen en kun je op termijn doorgroeien naar andere disciplines binnen de organisatie. Verder kun je rekenen op: - Een bruto maandsalaris van €3000,- tot €3600,- op fulltime basis. - 25 vakantiedagen per jaar bij een werkweek van 40 uur. - Tijdelijk contract met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband. - Pensioenregeling en reiskostenvergoeding. - Dienstverband voor 24 tot 40 uur per week. Functieomschrijving In jouw rol als Customer Service Representative verbind je klanten met sales, operations en het warehouse. Je verwerkt orders zorgvuldig, beantwoordt vragen en zorgt ervoor dat klanten goed geholpen worden. Door gestructureerd te werken en overzicht te houden, draag je bij aan een efficiënt en professioneel proces. Dit ga je onder andere doen: - Je verwerkt en controleert klant- en inkooporders in het systeem en draagt zo bij aan soepel verlopende leveringen. - Klanten help je telefonisch en per e-mail met vragen over nieuwe en bestaande bestellingen. - Het aanmaken en bijhouden van klantgegevens en het opstellen en versturen van voorraadlijsten behoren tot jouw werkzaamheden. - Bij sample-aanvragen ondersteun je het proces en stem je de benodigde acties af met verschillende interne afdelingen. - Dagelijks werk je samen met collega's uit meerdere teams om processen verder te optimaliseren.
