Als Customer Service Representative Logistiek zorg je ervoor dat klantorders van A tot Z soepel verlopen. Een afwisselende functie waarin je dagelijks schakelt met klanten, planners en transport. Wat ga je doen? Als Customer Service Representative Logistiek ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige orderproces van klanten voor onze opdrachtgever. Je verwerkt transportopdrachten nauwkeurig in het systeem, bewaakt de voortgang van zendingen en zorgt ervoor dat alle administratieve gegevens correct zijn verwerkt. Je onderhoudt dagelijks contact met klanten en informeert hen over de status van hun transporten, eventuele vertragingen en andere belangrijke wijzigingen. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met collega's van planning, transport, sales en finance om een optimale dienstverlening te realiseren. Daarnaast signaleer je afwijkingen in het logistieke proces en neem je direct actie om verstoringen zo snel mogelijk op te lossen. Je verwerkt tarieven, factuurafspraken en transportdocumentatie zorgvuldig en ondersteunt bij rapportages en KPI's. Ook denk je actief mee over procesverbeteringen en commerciële kansen binnen bestaande klantrelaties. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurigheid, klantgerichte instelling en communicatieve vaardigheden lever je iedere dag een belangrijke bijdrage aan een hoge klanttevredenheid. Jouw werkzaamheden - Verwerken en beheren van klantorders in het transportsysteem; - Monitoren van transportzendingen en oplossen van operationele verstoringen; - Onderhouden van dagelijks contact met klanten over orderstatus en transportvoortgang; - Afstemmen met planning, transport, sales en finance; - Verwerken van tarieven, factuurafspraken en transport...
