Dan is de rol van Customer Success Consultant bij Examenadviesburo iets voor jou. Over de functie Als Customer Success Consultant werk je nauw samen met een aantal belangrijke klanten en help je hen om onze oplossingen optimaal in te zetten. Je denkt mee over hoe examinering beter kan worden ingericht, analyseert gebruiksdata en adviseert klanten over verbeteringen en optimalisaties. Je bent daarmee niet alleen een relatiebeheerder, maar vooral een strategisch sparringpartner voor klanten.
