Chez The Water Service Company, nous sommes convaincus qu'une meilleure eau à la maison commence par un bon conseil. Sous la marque Hydro-At-Home, nous installons des adoucisseurs d'eau et des filtres à eau potable chez les particuliers partout en Belgique — du premier entretien à l'installation et au service après-vente, le tout avec notre propre équipe.

Nos appareils sont fabriqués à Mortsel, fonctionnent sans électricité et sont les plus économes du marché en consommation de sel.

Pour développer la Wallonie, nous recherchons un délégué commercial qui fait la différence chez le client.

En quoi consiste la fonction ?

Vous conseillez les particuliers à leur domicile en matière d'adoucissement et d'eau potable. Nous vous soutenons avec des leads issus de notre site web et de nos campagnes, mais ce n'est qu'un point de départ : nous attendons de vous que vous preniez vous-même des initiatives pour toucher de nouveaux clients. Vous exploitez les opportunités dans notre fichier clients existant et vous êtes présent sur les salons et événements de votre région.

Vous ne vendez pas un appareil, vous vendez une solution. Vous partez de la situation dans la maison — le calcaire, le nettoyage, la durée de vie des appareils, l'eau qu'ils boivent — et vous construisez à partir de là. L'adoucisseur constitue la base ; les filtres à eau potable viennent en complément lorsqu'ils correspondent à ce que le client vous raconte.

Du lead à la signature, c'est vous qui tenez les rênes

Il ne s'agit pas d'une fonction où l'on vous impose des rendez-vous dans votre agenda. Vous êtes responsable de vos leads, du premier appel jusqu'au bon de commande signé :

  • vous appelez vous-même les leads entrants, vous écoutez et vous les qualifiez ;
  • vous organisez votre propre agenda ;
  • vous vous rendez sur place, effectuez le test d'eau, examinez les possibilités d'installation et conseillez ;
  • vous établissez l'offre et assurez le suivi jusqu'à la décision ;
  • vous encodez chaque étape avec rigueur dans notre CRM.

Ce dernier point n'est pas un détail administratif. Nous investissons fortement dans la génération de leads, et c'est votre suivi qui en détermine le rendement. Un lead qui n'est pas correctement encodé n'existe pas pour nous — et un lead qui traîne devient un client de la concurrence.

  • Vous disposez d'une première expérience commerciale, de préférence dans la vente aux particuliers.
  • Votre langue maternelle est le français ; la connaissance du néerlandais est un atout pour les contacts avec notre équipe à Audenarde.
  • Vous êtes titulaire du permis B.
  • Vous avez la fibre commerciale. Vous communiquez aisément, vous écoutez et vous conseillez honnêtement.
  • Vous travaillez de manière structurée et rigoureuse, y compris dans votre suivi et votre reporting.
  • Vous organisez vos journées, vous fixez vos priorités et vous tirez satisfaction de résultats concrets.
  • Vous aimez être sur la route en toute autonomie, tout en vous sentant membre d'une équipe.
