Samen zetten we ons elkedag in voor toegankelijke en betaalbare zorg voor iedereen.In jouw rol: Ontwikkel en onderhoud je beleid, richtlijnen en standaarden op het gebied van data governanceen AI governance. Vertaal je interne en externe ontwikkelingen, wet- en regelgeving en toezichteisen naar concretewerkwijzen, processen en activiteiten. Adviseer je management, productteams en stakeholders over verantwoord gebruik van data en AI. Werk je samen met data-eigenaren, data stewards, architecten, security-, risk- enprivacyspecialisten om governance praktisch toepasbaar te maken. Help je teams bij het implementeren van governance-kaders en stimuleer je een cultuur waarinverantwoord datagebruik vanzelfsprekend is. Signaleer je kansen en risico's rondom de inzet van AI en denk je mee over hoe CZ nieuwe AI-mogelijkheden veilig en beheerst kan realiseren. Draag je bij aan het vergroten van de AI- en data-volwassenheid binnen de organisatie. Monitor je de naleving van governance-afspraken en stuur je op continue verbetering. Jouw teamJij bent van groot belangJe komt terecht binnen het centrale team dat verantwoordelijkheid draagt voor de verdere ontwikkelingvan data- en AI-governance binnen CZ. Samen werken we aan de fundamenten die nodig zijn om dataen AI verantwoord en effectief in te zetten. Je werkt intensief samen met collega's uit verschillendedisciplines, waaronder architectuur, security, compliance, risk, privacy, data management,dataplatformteams en businessdomeinen. De vraagstukken waaraan je werkt hebben vaak impact opmeerdere afdelingen en raken direct aan de strategische ambities van CZ op het gebied van data, AI endigitale innovatie.
