Voor onze klant, een bedrijf dat volop groeit en sterk inzet op digitale transformatie, zijn we op zoek naar een Data Lead.

De organisatie is continu in beweging en bouwt verder aan een moderne digitale omgeving. Als Data Lead speel je een belangrijke rol in het verder uitbouwen van de data-aanpak en zorg je ervoor dat data op een slimme en efficiënte manier wordt ingezet.

Je hebt een sterke kennis van SQL, Git en Python en weet hoe je data modelling, data visualisatie en data product development aanpakt. Je combineert technische kennis met een goed inzicht in data en denkt graag mee over hoe data kan bijdragen aan betere oplossingen en beslissingen.

We zoeken iemand die:

  • Een opleiding heeft in data, IT, engineering of een vergelijkbare richting, of dit heeft opgebouwd via relevante ervaring.
  • Minstens 2 jaar recente ervaring heeft met projectmanagement en het aansturen een team.
  • Sterk is in SQL, Python en Git en kennis heeft van data modelling, data visualisatie en data product development.
  • Ervaring heeft met tools zoals dbt, Snowflake, GitLab, Power BI en Dash.
  • Zeer vlot Nederlands en Engels spreekt. Frans is een plus.
  • Sterk is in communicatie, organisatie en samenwerking en vlot kan schakelen tussen verschillende stakeholders.

Jouw rol:

  • Hou je de data-backlog up-to-date en volg je problemen en deadlines op.
  • Bepaal je samen met de stakeholders welke data-projecten prioriteit krijgen.
  • Coördineer en controleer je het werk van externe ontwikkelaars en bewaak je de kwaliteit.
  • Vertaal je de groepsstrategie naar concrete data-oplossingen voor de Belgische markt.
  • Stem je regelmatig af met lokale stakeholders, product owners en het centrale data- en engineeringteam.
  • Zorg je ervoor dat de afgesproken data- en architectuurstandaarden worden gevolgd.
