Dein Team & Umfeld Unser AI & Data-Team rund um Susanne Zach unterstützt Unternehmen bei datengetriebenen Transformationen, von der Plattformstrategie bis zur Umsetzung von AI-Use-Cases. Das 11-köpfige Data Team begleitet Kund:innen beim Etablieren moderner Datenplattformen, von der Datenstrategie über Cloud-Architekturen, Data Operating Models, AI-ready Data Foundations bis hin zur Umsetzung von konkreten Usecases. Unser modernes Office im IZD-Tower mit Blick auf die Donau bietet Raum für Produktivität, kreative Pausen in der EY-Lounge und echten Teamspirit.

Deine Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten * Entwicklung von Data-Plattform-Strategien, Zielarchitekturen und Transformations-Roadmaps * Leitung komplexer Data- und AI-Transformationsprogramme von der Strategie bis zur erfolgreichen Implementierung * Design moderner Datenplattformen und skalierbarer Cloud-Architekturen mit Technologien wie Microsoft Fabric, Azure und Databricks * Steuerung von Implementierungen, Migrationen und der Integration komplexer Datenlandschaften * Durchführung von Executive Workshops, Kund:innenpräsentationen sowie Aufbau langfristiger Beziehungen auf Management- und C-Level * Weiterentwicklung des EY Data Platform & AI Offerings sowie Führung und Entwicklung von Projektteams

Fähigkeiten für deinen Erfolg

Must-haves * Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Data Platform-, Data Engineering- oder Data & AI-Transformationen * Fundierte Kenntnisse moderner Datenplattformen, z. B. Microsoft Fabric, Azure oder Databricks * Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Umsetzung skalierbarer Data Platform- oder Cloud-Architekturen * Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer Data- oder Transformationsprojekte * Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten * Starkes Auftreten im Kund:innenkontakt, insbesondere auf Managementlevel * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1-Niveau)

Nice-to-haves * Erfahrung im Business Development, Pre-Sales oder Aufbau neuer Beratungsangebote * Kenntnisse in Data Operating Models, Data Mesh, Data Products oder AI-ready Data Foundations

Gehalt Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt liegt bei € 3.599,52 brutto pro Monat. Das tatsächliche Gehalt hängt von deiner Berufserfahrung und Qualifikation ab und wird mit einem All-in-Gehalt vergütet.
