Zur Erweiterung unseres Teams suchen wir eine_n 1 Data Scientist / AI Engineer (m/w/d) Du konzipierst und implementierst KI-Lösungen für B2B-Kund_innen - von LLM-Pipelines über RAG-Systeme bis hin zu Predictive Analytics.

Aufgaben

* Konzeption und Implementierung von AI Use Cases für B2B-Kund_innen (Workflow Automation, Predictive Analytics)

* Entwicklung von LLM-basierten Extraction Pipelines und RAG-Systemen

* Durchführung technischer Workshops und Anforderungsanalysen mit Kund_innen

* Prototyping und POC-Entwicklung für neue Anwendungsfälle

* Business Case Calculations und ROI-Bewertungen für AI-Projekte

* Prompt Engineering und Fine-Tuning für domänenspezifische Anwendungen

* Deployment und Betrieb in Cloud-Umgebungen

Anforderungen

Data Science oder Informatik Studium, idealerweise 1 Jahr praktische Erfahrung.
