Datamanager bij IVZ - HBO / WO - IT - 28 - 32 - Houten Goede zorg begint met betrouwbare data. Daarom zoekt IVZ een Datamanager die energie krijgt van het analyseren, verbeteren en optimaliseren van zorginformatie. Wat ga je doen? In deze rol werk je aan een van de belangrijkste uitdagingen binnen de zorg: het beschikbaar maken van betrouwbare, consistente en bruikbare data en uitkomsten. Bij IVZ werk je niet aan data om de data. Je werkt aan informatie die direct bijdraagt aan betere zorg, betere besluitvorming en efficiëntere processen. Help IVZ bouwen aan betrouwbare zorgdata waarop zorgprofessionals kunnen vertrouwen. Je krijgt de ruimte om initiatief te nemen, nieuwe technologieën toe te passen en jouw expertise in te zetten op vraagstukken die er écht toe doen. Je onderzoekt databronnen, analyseert gegevensstromen en helpt zorgprofessionals om betere beslissingen te nemen op basis van kwalitatief hoogwaardige informatie. Je werkt samen met de zorgprofessionals, kwaliteitsmanagers, functioneel beheerders en EPD leveranciers om datakwaliteit structureel te verbeteren. Jouw werkzaamheden zijn onder andere: - Het ondersteunen van zorgaanbieders bij het aanleveren van data; - Analyseren van zorgdata en signaleren van trends, afwijkingen en verbeterpunten; - Uitvoeren van controles op datakwaliteit en dataconsistentie; - Werken met XML-berichten en gegevensuitwisselingen binnen de zorg; - Ontwikkelen en optimaliseren van SQL-query's voor analyses en rapportages; - Vertalen van complexe datasets naar heldere inzichten en rapportages; - Bijdragen aan de verdere professionalisering van datamanagement, datagovernance, documentatie en inrichten dataplatform; - Verkennen en toepassen van moderne AI-tools, om analyses en ontwikkelwerkzaamheden slimmer en efficiënter uit te voeren.
