Deskundig Toezichthouder Asbest Fulltime (36-40 uur) Ede, Gelderland Deskundig Toezichthouder Asbest (DTA) Bouw mee aan de toekomst van Roseboom Ben jij een ervaren Deskundig Toezichthouder Asbest (DTA) die asbestsaneringswerkzaamheden in goede banen kan leiden? Wil je leidinggeven aan een team en toezien op de veiligheid en kwaliteit van onze projecten? Dan is de functie van DTA bij Roseboom iets voor jou! Roseboom is een familiebedrijf uit Ede met 80 jaar ervaring in infra, sloop, asbestsanering, energie en transport. We werken met passie en aandacht voor kwaliteit aan uiteenlopende projecten door heel Nederland. Bij Roseboom krijg je de ruimte om je vakmanschap verder te ontwikkelen en werk je in een informele en collegiale sfeer. Wat ga je doen? Als DTA ben je verantwoordelijk voor het toezicht op en de coördinatie van onze asbestsaneringsprojecten. Je werkt nauw samen met de uitvoerder en het team om ervoor te zorgen dat de werkzaamheden veilig en volgens de geldende wet- en regelgeving worden uitgevoerd. - Leidinggeven aan Deskundig Asbestverwijderaars (DAV'ers) - Instrueren en controleren van DAV'ers volgens het werkplan en in overleg met de uitvoerder of projectleider - Voorbereiden en organiseren van de werkzaamheden op de projectlocatie - Bewaken van de voortgang, veiligheid en kwaliteit van de werkzaamheden - Zelf meewerken aan het op- en afbouwen van een containment - Verwijderen van asbesthoudend materiaal - Verpakken en afvoeren van asbesthoudend afval - Zorgen voor orde, netheid en welzijn op de werkplek - Toepassen van de geldende veiligheids-, gezondheids- en milieuvoorschriften Wat verwachten we van jou? - Een geldig DTA-certificaat - Een geldig VCA VOL-certificaat - Rijbewijs BE - Een BHV-diploma - Een certificaat Vezelveiligheid - Enkele jaren werkervaring in een vergelijkbare functie - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift - Bereidheid om voor projecten door Nederland te reize...
