* Diätologische Betreuung von Patient:innen im Rahmen der stationären Rehabilitation

* Erstellung individueller Ernährungskonzepte und -pläne

* Durchführung von Beratungs- und Aufklärungsgesprächen

* Zusammenarbeit im interdisziplinären Team (Medizin, Pflege, Therapie)

* Mitwirkung an Schulungs- und Präventionsangeboten

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Diätolog:in (nach MTD-Gesetz)

* Freude an individueller Beratung und empathischer Kommunikation

* Verantwortungsbewusste, strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Interesse an ganzheitlicher Rehabilitation und Ernährungstherapie
