Als Diagnose Specialist ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de diagnoses en reparaties bij (complexe) mechanische en elektrische storingen. Je werkt hiervoor nauw samen met je collega's autotechnici en hebt contact met klanten en indien nodig de importeur om zo de juiste oplossing te vinden. Om je werk goed uit te voeren, volg je de richtlijnen van Van Mossel en van de importeur. Jouw werkzaamheden in het kort: - Stellen van diagnoses bij mechanische en elektrische storingen; - Opvolgen van alle bijkomende werkzaamheden en contact die voortvloeien uit de diagnoses; - Te woord staan van klanten om de juiste diagnose te kunnen stellen of uitleg te geven over een reparatie. Profiel Diagnose Specialist Wie ben jij? Je bent een echte vakman/-vrouw en hebt een grote interesse voor auto's. Je levert geen half werk af en streeft naar een hoge klanttevredenheid. Je werkt nauwkeurig en vindt een goede service leveren erg belangrijk. Daarnaast herken je je in het onderstaande profiel: - Afgeronde opleiding tot Diagnose Technicus; - Minimaal 2 jaar werkervaring als eerste automonteur waarbij je ervaring hebt met stellen van diagnoses; - Gediplomeerd APK keurmeester; - Affiniteit met het merk Volkswagen; - Fulltime beschikbaar en woonachtig in regio Tilburg.   Wat bieden wij jou?
