The posting

En tant que psychiatre: - Responsable clinique de l'Equipe Adulte. - Réalisations des consultations psychiatriques et psychothérapeutiques. - Participations aux réunions d'équipe. - Travail en collaboration avec le psychiatre adulte.

En tant que directeur·trice médicale: - Collabore avec la coordinatrice générale à la mise en œuvre des orientations stratégiques de l'institution. - Garantit la qualité des pratiques cliniques. - Exerce un rôle stratégique dans la collaboration avec le réseau de santé mentale et les actions de prévention du S.P.O.S., accompagnée par la coordinatrice générale.

Responsabilités - Mettre en œuvre la stratégie médicale et thérapeutique du Service de Santé Mentale, en garantissant la qualité des soins. - Participer aux supervisions extérieures et aux commissions de concertation trimestrielles avec le Pouvoir organisateur. - En concertation avec la coordinatrice générale, participer aux décisions stratégiques élaborées avec le Pouvoir organisateur de la Ville de Bruxelles et aux projets institutionnels. - Accréditation INAMI et participation aux formations continues.

- Être en possession d'un diplôme de médecine et d'une reconnaissance comme médecin spécialiste en psychiatrie ou pédopsychiatrie. - Formation et expériences cliniques pertinentes en santé mentale. - Intérêt pour la psychothérapie, formation en cours ou achevée est un atout. - Intérêt marqué pour une fonction de responsabilité avec une posture ouverte à la communication et au travail en équipe. - Autonomie, prise de décision et disponibilité en tant que directeur-trice médical-e. - Maîtrise du français - la connaissance de base du néerlandais est un atout.

- Contrat à durée indéterminée, prise de fonction dès que possible. - Mi-temps maximum, compatible avec une autre activité privée. - Régime de congé attractif. - Environnement de travail très motivant au sein d'une équipe multidisciplinaire chevronnée, dynamique et passionnée. - Rémunération brute mensuelle indexée pour un mi-temps : 4.508,68 € mensuel minimum (année 0) à 6.489,26€ mensuel maximum en fonction de l'ancienneté reconnue (qui peut être supérieure compte tenu de la réussite de l'examen linguistique) - Divers avantages complémentaires : nombreuses possibilités de formation, exonération du ticket modérateur dans les hôpitaux du réseau IRIS sur le territoire de la Ville de Bruxelles, prise en charge de l'abonnement Mobib à 100%, réduction de l'abonnement SNCB-TEC-DE LIJN, chèques-repas, réduction de prix pour les entrées aux centres culturels et sportifs agréés. - Lieu de travail: Service de Santé Mentale SE.SA.ME., rue Melsens 38, 1000 Bruxelles.
