Deine Aufgaben - spannend & vielseitig:

* Verantwortung übernehmen: Du leitest mehrere Filialen im Raum Kärnten und Umgebung - von der Umsatzverantwortung über die Teamführung bis zur operativen Umsetzung.

* Mitarbeiter:innen fördern: Du stärkst dein Team, förderst Talente und schaffst ein Umfeld, in dem alle gerne arbeiten.

* Planung & Organisation: Ob Dienstpläne oder Personaleinsatzplanung - du sorgst für reibungslose Abläufe.

* Kennzahlen steuern: Du analysierst relevante KPIs und leitest daraus passende Verkaufsstrategien, sowie Maßnahmen zur Verkaufssteigerung ab.

* Hands-on-Mitarbeit: Du bist nicht nur organisatorisch gefragt, sondern auch aktiv im Tagesgeschäft mit dabei.

Das bringst du mit - fachlich & persönlich:

* Erste Führungserfahrung: Du hast schon Verantwortung im Einzelhandel oder in einem ähnlichen Bereich übernommen.

* Selbstständige Arbeitsweise: Du arbeitest strukturiert, genau und lösungsorientiert - Eigeninitiative und Organisationstalent sind für dich selbstverständlich.

* Sprachliches Geschick: Du verfügst über solide Englischkenntnisse für den Austausch in einem internationalen Umfeld.

* Verkaufstalent: Du liebst den direkten Kundenkontakt und überzeugst mit deiner Verkaufsstärke.

* Strategisches & unternehmerisches Denken: Du handelst vorausschauend, triffst fundierte Entscheidungen und suchst aktiv nach Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten.

* Teamgeist: Du arbeitest gerne im Team, packst mit an und bewahrst auch in stressigen Situationen den Überblick.
