Voor een accountancykantoor in regio Temse zoekt Konnekt een Dossierbeheerder die net dát stuk van het vak belangrijk vindt.

Hier worden dossiers niet simpelweg verwerkt en doorgeschoven. Je krijgt verantwoordelijkheid over je eigen klanten en de ruimte om hen ook écht te leren kennen. Tegelijk zorgt een sterk digitale werking ervoor dat administratie zo efficiënt mogelijk verloopt.

Minder tijd verliezen aan verwerking, meer tijd voor het werk waarvoor je uiteindelijk accountant bent geworden.

Functieomschrijving Je krijgt je eigen dossiers. En daarmee bedoelen we ook echt: jouw dossiers.

Je kent wat erin gebeurt, bewaakt zelf je planning en bent het aanspreekpunt voor je klanten. Concreet:

  • Je volgt je dossiers van A tot Z op, van verwerking en afsluiting tot fiscale aangiftes en rapportering.
  • Je onderhoudt rechtstreeks contact met je klanten en zorgt ervoor dat ze niet alleen correcte cijfers krijgen, maar ook begrijpen wat die cijfers betekenen.
  • Je bewaakt zelf je planning en deadlines en krijgt het vertrouwen om je werk zelfstandig te organiseren.
  • Je denkt mee met je klanten én met het kantoor: zie je iets dat slimmer, efficiënter of gewoon beter kan? Dan is daar ruimte voor.
  • Je krijgt de mogelijkheid om inhoudelijk verder te groeien en stap voor stap meer verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.

Hier hoef je dus niet jarenlang exact dezelfde functie uit te voeren. Wie meer wil én meer aankan, krijgt daar ook de ruimte voor. We gaan je geen lijst van vijftien eigenschappen voorschotelen.

Je moet vooral graag goed zijn in je vak. Je hebt een bachelor Accountancy-Fiscaliteit of een gelijkaardige opleiding achter de rug. Je hebt al relevante ervaring binnen een accountancy- of boekhoudkantoor. Je kunt zelfstandig dossiers opvolgen, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en weet evengoed wanneer het tijd is om even te overleggen. Je vindt dat een klant meer van jou mag verwachten dan alleen een correct ingediende aangifte en haalt voldoening uit écht klantencontact. Je werkt graag digitaal en efficiënt. Ambitie om verder te groeien of je ITAA-titel te behalen? Dan krijg je daar hier alle ruimte voor.

We zoeken dus niet iemand die elk vakje perfect kan afvinken. Wel iemand die zijn of haar vak serieus neemt en er nog beter in wil worden.
