Je komt terecht in een modern accountancykantoor waar kwaliteit belangrijker is dan snelheid en waar collega's elkaar kennen, ondersteunen en vooral veel kennis delen. Digitalisering is hier geen modewoord, maar een hulpmiddel zodat jij je kunt focussen op waar je goed in bent: ondernemers begeleiden.

Geen overbodige hiërarchie. Geen eindeloze vergaderingen. Wel een team dat elke dag samenwerkt aan hetzelfde doel: klanten correct én persoonlijk adviseren.

Functieomschrijving Je bent niet de persoon die enkel boekingen verwerkt. Jij bent degene die klanten vooruithelpt.

  • Je beheert zelfstandig jouw eigen dossiers van A tot Z.
  • Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor jouw klanten en denkt actief met hen mee.
  • Je stelt jaarrekeningen, fiscale aangiftes en afsluitingen op.
  • Je signaleert opportuniteiten en geeft advies wanneer dat nodig is.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega's om kwalitatieve dossiers af te leveren.

Je hoeft geen ITAA-titel op zak te hebben, maar wél de goesting om kwaliteit af te leveren.

  • Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring binnen een accountancy- of boekhoudkantoor.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met een eigen klantenportefeuille.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar vindt samenwerken minstens even belangrijk.
  • Je communiceert vlot en bouwt graag een vertrouwensband op met klanten.
  • Je wil blijven groeien, zowel professioneel als persoonlijk.
