The posting

Voor een stabiele en gespecialiseerde onderneming actief in de metaalverwerkende sector zijn wij op zoek naar een gemotiveerde Draaier / Frezer.

In deze veelzijdige technische functie sta je in voor het vervaardigen en bewerken van mechanische onderdelen met behulp van conventionele en CNC-gestuurde werktuigmachines.

Je komt terecht in een professionele werkomgeving waar vakmanschap, precisie en kwaliteit centraal staan.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je bedient CNC-gestuurde draai- en freesmachines voor het vervaardigen van mechanische onderdelen.
  • Je voert draai- en freesbewerkingen uit volgens technische plannen en specificaties.
  • Je stelt machines correct in en past waar nodig bewerkingsparameters aan.
  • Je vervaardigt onderdelen in verschillende materialen, waaronder staal, inox en kunststof.
  • Je controleert de afmetingen en kwaliteit van de afgewerkte onderdelen.
  • Je werkt aan zowel stukwerk als kleine productiereeksen.
  • Je leest en interpreteert technische tekeningen en werkinstructies.
  • Je signaleert technische afwijkingen en denkt mee over mogelijke oplossingen.
  • Je zorgt voor een nette en veilige werkplek en voert basisonderhoud aan de machines uit.
  • Je hebt een technische opleiding gevolgd, bij voorkeur in mechanica, metaalbewerking of een aanverwante richting.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het bedienen van CNC-gestuurde draai- en/of freesmachines.
  • Je kunt technische plannen lezen en correct interpreteren.
  • Ervaring met conventioneel draaien en frezen is een pluspunt.
  • Kennis van CNC-sturingen zoals Fanuc, Heidenhain of Mazatrol is een troef.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en kwaliteitsgericht.
  • Je beschikt over een goed technisch inzicht en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je bent gemotiveerd, leergierig en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands en Frans.
