The posting

Energetic NV in Stekene onderhoudt, reviseert en inspecteert stoomturbines, turbocompressoren en tandwielkasten voor de zware industrie, de chemie, de industriële gassen en de energiesector in heel Europa.

Veel onderdelen van deze machines zijn bij de fabrikant niet meer verkrijgbaar. Die maken we zelf, in onze eigen werkplaats in Stekene. Als draaier / frezer maak jij die onderdelen: geen seriewerk, maar unieke stukken waar een turbine of compressor op draait.

Je takenpakket:

- Conventioneel en CNC draaien en frezen van herstelonderdelen en reverse-engineerde onderdelen, volgens tekening en met nauwe toleranties.

- Stukwerk en kleine reeksen voor turbines, compressoren en tandwielkasten.

- Zelf meedenken over opspanning, gereedschapskeuze en bewerkingsvolgorde.

- Kwaliteitscontrole van het eerste stuk en tijdens de bewerking, met micrometer, schuifmaat en meetklok.

- Overleg met engineering en de mecaniciens over maakbaarheid.

Je werkt in dagwerk, in een team van mecaniciens, engineers en project managers. Ons machinepark omvat onder meer een 5-assig bewerkingscentrum.

Ervaring als draaier of frezer, bij voorkeur in een industriële of onderhoudsomgeving.

Je leest vlot technische tekeningen, inclusief toleranties, passingen en vorm- en plaatstoleranties.

Kennis van CNC-besturing (Heidenhain, Siemens of Fanuc) is een plus, net als CAM of ISO-programmeren.

Je werkt nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en kwaliteitsgericht.

Veiligheidsbewust, ordelijk en een teamspeler.

Nederlands vlot in woord en geschrift.
