Wij zoeken een financieel administratief medewerker met kennis van of ervaring met e-commerce administraties.

Je verwerkt en controleert administraties van webshops en online ondernemingen en zorgt voor een juiste aansluiting tussen verkopen, betalingen en de financiële administratie.

Ervaring met Exact Online is gewenst. Ervaring met platforms en betaalsystemen zoals Shopify, Amazon, bol, Mollie, Stripe of vergelijkbare systemen is een sterke pre.

Kennis van btw bij internationale verkopen, OSS, import en export is een pre.

Je werkt nauwkeurig, analytisch en zelfstandig en vindt het leuk om verschillen uit te zoeken en administraties correct aan te sluiten.

Een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal is vereist. Beheersing van de Engelse taal is een pre.

De functie is parttime en het aantal uren is in overleg.

ADM Totaal B.V. is een groeiend administratie en advieskantoor in Son en Breugel. Ter versterking van ons team zoeken wij een parttime E-commerce Boekhoudspecialist.

In deze functie werk je aan financiële administraties van klanten die actief zijn in e-commerce. Je verwerkt en controleert online verkopen, betalingen, kosten en andere financiële transacties en zorgt ervoor dat de administratie correct aansluit.

Je krijgt te maken met webshops, verschillende verkoopkanalen en betaalplatforms. Denk hierbij aan Shopify, Amazon, bol, Mollie, Stripe en vergelijkbare systemen. Ook internationale verkopen, import en export en btw vraagstukken kunnen onderdeel zijn van de administraties.

Je vindt het leuk om verschillen uit te zoeken en verbanden te leggen tussen verkoopplatforms, betalingen en de financiële administratie. Wij werken voornamelijk digitaal en maken onder andere gebruik van Exact Online.

Ervaring met financiële administratie is belangrijk. Ervaring met e-commerce administraties, Exact Online, webshops of betaalplatforms is een sterke pre. Kennis van internationale btw en OSS is eveneens een pre.

Een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal is vereist. Beheersing van de Engelse taal is een pre.

Wij bieden een parttime functie waarbij het aantal uren in overleg wordt vastgesteld. Je krijgt veel zelfstandigheid, flexibele werktijden en de mogelijkheid om je verder te specialiseren in e-commerce en internationale administraties.

Het salaris bedraagt vanaf 3000 euro bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur en is afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring.
