Zur Verstärkung unseres Vertriebsteams suchen wir eine motivierte, kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit Verkaufsstärke und Begeisterung für hochwertige Produkte: 1 E-Commerce Manager (m/w/d) Standort: Neutillmitsch

Deine Aufgaben:

* Produkt- & Kundendatenmanagement:

Pflege, Aktualisierung und Weiterentwicklung der E-Commerce Plattformen in Wordpress, 1Tool, Shopify u.w.

* E-Commerce-Strategie & Roadmap:

Planung von Kampagnen, Definition und Auswertung von A/B-Tests sowie Umsetzung von Learnings.

* Newsletter-Marketing:

Konzeption, Umsetzung und Analyse von Newsletter-Journeys mit Fokus auf Segmentierung und Performance (insbesondere Mailchimp).

* Traffic- & Conversion-Optimierung:

Analyse von Reports aus GA4, Matomo, Business Suite sowie CRM/ERP und Ableitung konkreter Maßnahmen.

* Webentwicklung:

Umsetzung kleiner Coding-Tasks sowie Koordination größerer Themen mit Entwickler. Integration und Implementierung neuer Systeme und Softwarelösungen.

* Zusammenarbeit & Schnittstellen:

Enge abteilungsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit Produktentwicklung, Vertrieb, Support und externen Partnern.

Das bringst du mit:

* Fundierte Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in E-Commerce und versierter Umgang mit Online-Shop- sowie CMS-Systemen (Shopify, Wordpress etc.).

* Kenntisse im Umgang mit CRM und ERP-Systemen

* Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Analytics- und Automation-Tools (GA4, Matomo, u.w.).

* Routinierter Umgang mit Newsletter-Systemen (insb. Mailchimp)

* Erweiterte Grundkenntnisse in HTML, CSS, JavaScript und SQL sowie Verständnis für saubere Datenstrukturen.

* Verhandlungssicheres Englisch, weitere Fremdsprache von Vorteil.

* Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Neugierde und Freude daran, aus Daten konkrete Aktionen abzuleiten.

Entlohnung:

Das Bruttomindestgehalt laut Kollektiv beträgt 2.535,00 € pro Monat. Abhängig von Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung gegeben.
