Als E&I Engineer ondersteun je uiteenlopende projecten en ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige ontwerp van de Elektriciteit & Instrumentatie (E&I)-scope. Je zorgt voor een duurzame projectuitvoering die voldoet aan alle relevante regelgeving, E&I-standaarden en interne stakeholdereisen.

Jouw taken

  • Je vertaalt technische probleemstellingen naar een volledig E&I-design.
  • Je houdt rekening met de doelstellingen, vereisten en verwachtingen van verschillende stakeholders.
  • Je werkt het volledige E&I-dossier uit (o.a. eendraadsschema’s, gebruikerslijsten, kabelberekeningen, instrumentatiegegevens).
  • Je zet het design om in duidelijke technische specificaties.
  • Je vraagt offertes op bij leveranciers en beoordeelt deze inhoudelijk op veiligheid, werkmethodes, kwaliteit, planning en kost.
  • Je formuleert een onderbouwd advies voor leverancierskeuze en zet goedgekeurde offertes om in ATB’s.
  • Je controleert de technische documentatie en tekeningen van leveranciers tijdens de voorbereidingsfase.
  • Je volgt het expediting-traject op.
  • Je stelt de testdocumentatie op en verzorgt de overdracht richting supervisor.
  • Je ondersteunt bij het vervolledigen van het Technisch Constructie Dossier.
  • Je blijft tijdens de uitvoering beschikbaar als back-office ondersteuning om field changes te verwerken.
  • Je bewaakt binnen het E&I-vakgebied de naleving van afspraken rond standaardisatie en best practices en formuleert waar nodig voorstellen om deze standaarden te verbeteren en aan te passen.
  • Je beschikt over een master- of bachelordiploma Elektromechanica met reeds een eerste relevante ervaring.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met elektrotechniek in de brede zin: hoog- en laagspanning, ATEX, meet- en regeltechniek, sturingen, instrumentatie, aandrijvingen, frequentieomvormers, sensoren.
  • Je hebt een sterk veiligheids- en milieubewustzijn.
  • Je beschikt over een sterk analytisch vermogen.
  • Je werkt graag in teamverband en kan jezelf en anderen motiveren.
  • Je werkt vlot met standaard Office-pakketten en met E-plan.
  • Je hebt kennis van AREI en bent BA4/BA5-gecertificeerd of bereid om dit te behalen.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en Engels.
