Jobomschrijving

Als E&I Supervisor speel jij een cruciale rol in grootschalige technische projecten binnen de zware industrie en petrochemische sector. Met jouw ervaring en expertise zorg je dat complexe elektrische en instrumentatieprojecten efficiënt en effectief worden uitgevoerd. Je werkt in nauwe samenwerking met technische teams en klanten, zodat elk detail, van ontwerp tot implementatie, op rolletjes loopt. Deze functie biedt jou de kans om uitdagende projecten te leiden en tegelijkertijd jouw kennis en vaardigheden verder uit te breiden.

  • Superviseren en coördineren van elektrische en instrumentatiewerkzaamheden op de werf.
  • Waarborgen van naleving van veiligheidsrichtlijnen en kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Analyseren van technische rapporten en opstellen van voortgangsrapportages.
  • Aansturen van teams en zorgen voor optimale samenwerking tussen verschillende disciplines.
  • Signaleren en oplossen van technische problemen tijdens projectuitvoering.
  • Communicatie met stakeholders over projectdoelen, deadlines en voortgang.

Om uit te blinken in de rol van E&I Supervisor, zoeken we een kandidaat die bewezen ervaring heeft binnen de industrie, met name in de zware industrie of petrochemische sector. Met jouw praktische kennis en communicatieve vaardigheden ben je in staat om leiding te geven aan technische teams en tegelijkertijd de hoogste normen te waarborgen. Geen uitdaging is voor jou te groot dankzij jouw sterke probleemoplossend vermogen en oog voor detail.

  • 5 tot 10 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie binnen de zware industrie of petrochemie.
  • Aantoonbare kennis van elektrische en instrumentatiesystemen.
  • Bekendheid met veiligheids- en kwaliteitsnormen binnen technische omgevingen.
  • Ervaring met het coördineren van multidisciplinaire teams.
  • Analytisch denkvermogen en sterke probleemoplossende vaardigheden.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels.
