Met circa 110 collega's, een sterke webshop en zes fysieke winkels is Fietsenwinkel.nl een bepalende speler in de e-bikemarkt. Onze online kanalen genereren direct circa 20% van de omzet en het is dé start van de customer journey voor bijna elke proefrit in de winkel. We hebben stevige groeiambities voor ons winkelnetwerk én onze digitale kanalen. Jij pakt de regie op onze online strategie en zorgt dat meer websitebezoekers uiteindelijk op de fiets stappen. Wat je gaat doen: ✔ Je bepaalt de online- en marketingstrategie en zet wekelijks de prioriteiten; ✔ Je geeft leiding aan een jong, talentvol team van vier mensen en coacht ze op hun ontwikkeling en op wat is afgesproken; ✔ Je doet zelf de analyses in GA4, Excel en BigQuery en stuurt daarop bij; ✔ Je stuurt een externe data-agency aan; ✔ Je rapporteert wekelijks aan de directie. Vereisten Wat je meebrengt: ✔ 7 tot 10 jaar ervaring in e-commerce of marketing, waarvan een deel als leidinggevende; ✔ Ervaring in retail of omnichannel; ✔ Commercieel sterk en analytisch genoeg om zelf de cijfers in te duiken; je draait zelf queries in BigQuery; ✔ Je bent een teamspeler en haalt het beste uit mensen; ✔ Je neemt eigenaarschap; je wacht niet tot iets wordt aangereikt, je haalt het zelf; ✔ Je bent pragmatisch en schakelt snel; ✔ Je zegt wat je vindt en draait niet om de het...
