einen technischen Junior Verkäufer_in (m/w/d)

Vollzeit 38,5 Wochenstunden

Aufgaben:

Aktiver Verkauf unserer Produkte aus den Bereichen Projektion, Beschallung, Videokonferenz, interaktive Displays, Digital Signage und LED Walls.

Dazu gehören unter anderem die Pflege und der Ausbau von Kundenkontakten, Bearbeitung von Anfragen, Anforderungsanalyse und Planung von Projekten, Angebotslegung, Organisation der Umsetzung sowie die Gestaltung von Verkaufsaktionen in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Marketing.

Anforderungen:

* Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung aus dem technischen Bereich oder Berufserfahrung im technischen Vertrieb mit. Gerne wenden wir uns auch an ambitionierte Abgänger/innen einer technischen Schule (HTL, FH, o.ä.)

* Persönliches Interesse an Technologien im Bereich der Medientechnik und deren Anwendung, sowie die Bereitschaft sich damit intensiv auseinanderzusetzen

* Fundierte Anwenderkenntnisse moderner KI-Tools (z.B. für technische Recherche, Kundenanalysen, Prozessoptimierung)

* Unternehmerisches Denken und hohe Kunden- und Zielorientierung sowie ausgezeichnete rhetorische Fähigkeiten im Kundenkontakt

* Offene kommunikative Persönlichkeit, die den direkten Kontakt zu Bestandskunden sucht und ausbaut

* kreative Ideen zur aktiven Neukundenakquise

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und abschlussstarke Projektverfolgung vom Erstkontakt bis zum Deal.

* Freude am Verkauf, hohe Eigenmotivation

* Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit

* hohe Leistungsbereitschaft

* Führerschein B

* gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Entlohnung:

Monatliches Mindestgehalt € 3000 brutto auf Basis Vollzeit. Durchschnittlich verdienen erfahrene Mitarbeiter in dieser Position ca. € 70.000 brutto im Jahr. Die Entlohnung setzt sich aus Grundgehalt und ungedeckelter Provision zusammen.
