Wir sind ein Anlagenbau-Unternehmen mit Sitz in Salzburg, welches sich mit der Konstruktion chemischer Anlagen auf internationalen Märkten befasst. Während unseres über 50-jährigen Bestehens konnten wir weltweit mehr als 250 Projekte realisieren.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine engagierte Einkaufsassistenz, die Freude an

abwechslungsreichen Aufgaben hat und gerne in einem dynamischen Umfeld mitgestaltet. 1 Einkaufsassistent_in Ihre Aufgaben:

Als Mitglied unseres Einkaufs- und Logistikteams übernehmen Sie eine wichtige Rolle im Abteilungs-Backoffice. Sie unterstützen Einkauf, Logistik und Finanzabwicklung und tragen damit wesentlich zum Erfolg unserer Projekte bei. Durch die enge Zusammenarbeit mit einem erfahrenen Team erhalten Sie spannende Einblicke in die internationale Beschaffung und weltweite Transportabwicklung - und viele Möglichkeiten, sich persönlich und fachlich weiterzuentwickeln.

Ihr Tätigkeitsbereich:

* Unterstützung im Back-Office (Listenführung, Dokumentenaufbereitung, etc.)

* Korrespondenz- und Organisationstätigkeiten

* Mitwirkung im Fuhrparkmanagement

* Einkaufstätigkeiten (interne Bestellabwicklung, etc.)

* Logistiktätigkeiten (Wareneingangskontrolle, Vorbereitung von Ersatzteillieferungen)

* Durchführung von Rechnungskontrollen

Sie bringen mit:

* abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung

* idealerweise einschlägige Berufserfahrung als "Bürokaufmann/frau"

* Erfahrung im Einkauf und technischer Background von Vorteil, aber kein Muss

* Sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort & Schrift sind Voraussetzung

* eine proaktive, zuverlässige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise

Das mindestkollektivvertragliche Gehalt richtet sich nach dem Kollektivvertrag Information & Consulting, Verwendungsgruppe III. Für die ausgeschriebene Position ist ein Bruttojahresgehalt von rund EUR 42.000,- vorgesehen. Je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung besteht die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
