Wir bieten professionelle und individuelle Pflege und Betreuung durch unsere qualifizierten Fachkräfte für pflegebedürftige, kranke und/oder alten Menschen die ihre letzte Lebensphase bis zum Tod zu Hause verbringen wollen. Die Caritas der Diözese St. Pölten, Bereich "Betreuen und Pflegen zu Hause", sucht 1 Einsatzleitung-Stellvertretung (DGKP) für die Sozialstation Gföhl.

Einsatzgebiet: Gföhl, Senftenberg, Jaidhof, Krumau/Kamp, Schiltern

Arbeitsbeginn: ab sofort

Arbeitsausmaß: ab 25 Wochenstunden

Ihr Aufgabenbereich:

* Sicherstellung der Pflegequalität und der Dienstplanung in Zusammenarbeit mit der Einsatzleitung

* Führungsqualitäten und Flexibilität

* Interesse am selbstständigen Arbeiten im Rahmen der Stellenbeschreibung

* Freude an Planung und Gestaltung der individuellen Betreuung im Sinne der Bezugspflege

Was wir erwarten:

* abgeschlossene Ausbildung als DGKP,

* Kenntnisse über Pflegeprozess und Pflegeplanung

* Kooperationsbereitschaft und Flexibilität

* Konstruktive Zusammenarbeit im Team

* Führerschein B

Entlohnung nach Caritas Kollektivvertrag: Mindestgehalt in Gehaltsstufe1 - Verwendungsgruppe IVa: ca. € 4000 ,-- für DGKP, (bei 37 WoStd). Einreihung in Verwendungsgruppe je nach Ausbildung und in höhere Gehaltsstufen je nach anrechenbaren Vordienstzeiten und Zulagen entsprechend KV und BV.
