Electrical Supervisor | €5.000 - €7.500 | 32 - 40 | MBO | maasvlakte rotterdam verantwoordelijkheid voor onderhoud en de aansturing Wat ga je doen? - Als Electrical Supervisor ben jij de spil binnen de afdeling Maintenance. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor zowel het preventief als correctief onderhoud aan elektrotechnische installaties, inclusief hoogspanningssystemen. Daarnaast begeleid je nieuwbouw- en uitbreidingsprojecten en zorg je ervoor dat alle werkzaamheden voldoen aan de geldende veiligheidsvoorschriften en specificaties. Je stuurt eigen monteurs en externe aannemers aan, stelt werkpakketten samen, maakt planningen en bewaakt de voortgang van projecten. Op een gemiddelde werkdag start je met het organiseren en bijwonen van toolbox meetings. Je beoordeelt binnenkomende werkverzoeken, stemt prioriteiten af met collega-supervisors en operations, en coördineert de uitvoering met je team. Je houdt toezicht op de veiligheid, analyseert storingen en lost problemen in het veld op. Naast het technische aspect heb je ook te maken met prijsaanvragen, evaluaties van offertes, en het onderhandelen over contractaanpassingen met aannemers. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de vastlegging van onderhoudshistorie in Maximo en draagt verbeteringen aan in werkmethodieken en procedures.
