The posting

  • Entretenir, rénover et installer des réseaux électriques dans les bâtiments Communaux dans les règles de l'art afin d'assurer un fonctionnement optimal et en toute sécurité des bâtiments.
  • Faire preuve de solides connaissances en électricité et électrotechnique Connaître les différentes lois électriques, les techniques de câblage, les règles de sécurité ainsi que les différents équipements, appareillages et outillages spécifiques.
  • Concevoir une installation électrique, monter un tableau, réaliser les schémas unifilaires à la main et de manière informatisée, modifier des installations existantes domestiques et semi-industrielle, disposer d'un agrément BA4/BA5 pour intervenir sur les installations sous tension, avoir suffisamment de connaissances en parlophonie et en domotique pour installer et gérer de petites installations,
  • Être capable de lire et interpréter un plan et maîtriser les schémas électriques
  • Pouvoir repérer, tracer et rectifier les implantations
  • Être capable de percer et fixer des conduits (tubes) et supports utiles
  • Être apte à monter des appareils électriques
  • Pouvoir effectuer les raccordements des fils et des câbles
  • Savoir tester, contrôler et régler l'installation en respectant les règles
  • Pouvoir identifier les défauts et effectuer le dépannage
  • Connaître et appliquer les règles de prévention et de sécurité
  • Apprendre continuellement, se former
  • Etre apte à dresser une liste de matériel nécessaire en vue de réaliser le travail demandé
  • Être en possession du certificat de l'enseignement secondaire inférieure et formation technique en électricité & électronique
  • Connaître le RGIE
  • Être en possession de permis de conduire B
  • Avoir une bonne connaissance du français et/ou néerlandais ;
  • Apprécier le travail en équipe dans le cadre d'une structure hiérarchisée ;
  • Savoir respecter les consignes et accomplir le travail de manière rigoureuse et efficace dans les délais imposés.
