Voor een hoogtechnologische industriële productieomgeving in NoordLimburg zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren elektrotechnisch onderhoudstechnieker met een uitgesproken handson mentaliteit en een sterke focus op kwaliteit,

betrouwbaarheid en technische precisie.

Ben jij iemand die energie haalt uit het analyseren, lokaliseren en oplossen van complexe elektrotechnische storingen binnen een geautomatiseerde omgeving?

Dan is dit een uitdaging waarin jouw technische expertise volledig tot zijn recht komt.

Als elektrotechnisch onderhoudstechnieker maak je deel uit van de technische dienst en sta je in voor het waarborgen van de operationele continuïteit van het volledige machinepark. Je wordt een cruciale schakel in het preventief en correctief onderhoud van industriële installaties die gebruikt worden voor geautomatiseerde staalbehandeling en oppervlaktecoatingprocessen.

Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de technisch verantwoordelijke en werkt nauw samen met productie, onderhoud en management.

Concreet betekent dit:

  • Uitvoeren van preventief, predictief en curatief onderhoud aan elektromechanische installaties
  • Analyseren en oplossen van elektrische storingen aan: industriële aandrijvingen stuur- en regelkringen sensoren, encoders en beveiligingscomponenten
  • Interventies aan PLC-gestuurde installaties, frequentieregelaars en industriële automatisatie
  • Correct interpreteren van elektrische schema's, eendraad- en kastschema's
  • Optimaliseren van installaties met het oog op: bedrijfszekerheid rendement veiligheid
  • Meewerken aan verbeterprojecten en technische upgrades
  • Strikte naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften en elektrische normen
  • Administratieve rapportering van uitgevoerde werken en vastgestelde afwijkingen
  • Minimum 5 jaar aantoonbare ervaring in een industriële technische onderhoudsomgeving
  • Sterke kennis van: industriële elektriciteit elektromechanica basis industriële automatisatie
  • In het bezit van een BA4 en/of BA5attest
  • Technisch zeer sterk onderbouwd in het opsoren en lokaliseren van elektrische defecten
  • Nauwkeurig, kwaliteitsbewust en oog voor detail
  • Teamspeler die ook zelfstandig en verantwoordelijk kan werken
  • Flexibel, leergierig en stressbestendig
  • Vlotte kennis van het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • Woonachtig in (of bereid te werken in) de regio NoordLimburg
