Voor een moderne en geautomatiseerde productieomgeving in de regio van Komen zijn we opzoek naar een ervaren elektromechanieker. Je komt terecht in een technisch team waar je dagelijks beig bent met het onderhoud, herstellingen en de optimale werking van de installaties.

Je werkt in 2 ploegen en krijgt een gevarieerde functie waarin zowel elektriciteit, mechanica als automatisatie aan bod komen.

Functie:

  • Je analyseert en verhelpt elektrische, mechanische en andere technische storingen
  • Je staat in voor het preventief en cuartief onderhoud
  • Je werkt mee aan optimalisatieprojecten
  • Je voert herstellingen en technishe interventies uit
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van de technische dienst en productie
  • Je draagt bij aan een veilige en betrouwbare werking van de installaties
  • Je leest en interpreteertt elektrische en technische schema's
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van de technische dienst om de productie vlot te laten verlopen

Je lost niet alleen storingen op, maar denkt ook mee over hoe je ze in de toekomst kunt voorkomen.

We zoeken een technische sterke doener die graag problemen analyseert en zelfstandig naar oplossingen zoekt.

  • Je beschikt over een A2-diploma in een technische richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring
  • Je beschikt over een stevige kennis elektriciteit en automatisatie
  • Kennis van schakeltechniek, sterkstroom en stuurstroom is een must
  • Je hebt sterke kennis van PLC-sturingen en beschikt over grondig inzicht rondom troubleshooting
  • Je bent bereid om in een 2 ploegensysteem te werken
  • Kennis van hydraulica en pneumatica is een grote meerwaarde
